Keith has been great to me. I didn't know what I was doing or where to start, but with each session we slowly started taking things apart and helping me understand more about myself. I'm currently making big changes to my life, and Keith has helped me set myself up for that. Thanks Keith.
Kieth has made a real impact on my life. Having gone through one of the toughest periods during summer I started counselling sessions, and from the off I was made to feel safe in sharing my challenges. Kieth has helped me understand my emotions having neglected them for a lifetime. Kieth helped me through each session by listening, understanding and helping me work through that tough period. I can't thank Keith enough for his help over the past 3-4 months, he's helped me move forward with my life and for that I'll be forever grateful. Thank you.
Back in 2022 I had some counselling sessions with Keith as I was in a particularly difficult season of my life. Talking to Keith really helped and the sessions prompted me to look inwards and think about things from a different point of view. Keith was always calm, friendly and welcoming and always listened with empathy. I will always be grateful for my time with Keith and I always take things from those sessions today. Thank you Keith
Having had counselling with Keith for nearly 2 years, I speak from experience that Keith is a very professional and compassionate counsellor. He helped me deal with a variety of issues, some known to me, some I came to understand during the sessions. Through this Keith was always kind, sympathetic and found ways for me to work through these issues. I have nothing but praise for Keith and the work he carries out. The lockdowns were not always easy or kind but after working with Keith I have come to understand and accept how I am as a person and it has helped me carry myself with much more confidence and composure thanks to the work we carried out together.
My sessions with Keith were really helpful, he made me feel at ease and his input helped me get the most out of the time we had. I understand myself a lot better as a result of my sessions with Keith and I now have some strategies to deal with some of the things I struggle with. His approach to counselling is very reassuring so if you are looking for a counsellor in Leeds look no further. Thanks Keith.
From the offset, Keith made me feel comfortable and safe to share my thoughts and feeling, and over 8 months of counselling sessions, helped me to achieve what I believed was impossible. As a result of my counselling sessions with Keith, my confidence has sky-rocketed, I'm at peace with my anxiety - and most importantly, I know how to combat it! Regular check-ins meant that we both had an idea of my progress, and Keith encouraged me to set goals to work towards - all of which I met as a result of working with Keith. Hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself and my mental wellbeing. Thank you Keith.
Keith was a great help to me at a point where I had run out of options. Although initially sceptical of the process I felt I had nothing to lose by trying. Keith's approach and support helped me understand and come to terms with things from my childhood that have had a far greater bearing on my life than I realised. My frustrations with everyday life have been reduced and I've started to regain a more balanced, healthy approach to my life with a more positive outlook for the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and feel fortunate to have had the chance to work with him.
I felt super at ease talking with Keith from our very first meeting. He is a calm, warm, and open person, which makes for easy and productive conversations with him. I got so much great understanding, and progress from our sessions together! And I would absolutely recommend to anyone considering doing some counselling to meet with him for a chat :)
This is Adam (using his wife's account). I attended counselling with Keith for some anxiety issues. Keith was very good. He put me at ease immediately and allowed me the space to just talk, and listen to what I was saying and feeling. Keith was very supportive, the sessions were relaxed and I found the whole experience incredibly helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keith's services.
Keith is very easy to speak to and is understanding and compassionate when speaking about problems. My anxiety has improved drastically since working with Keith, he has understand my self much better on whole. I would urge anyone unsure if therapy can help them, as i was, to speak to Keith and see how he can help.
