Great and professional service After suffering with shoulder and neck plain for a few weeks, I made an appointment for a sports massage after reading past reviews- I was not disappointed The problem was quickly identified and advice given to stop the issue occurring again- practical advice given about working environment and use of computer, which has aggravated my condition. Stretches given and a video provided to remind me when I got home. I have been back since for a follow up and will defiantly return if my back pain/tension returns.

Nicola is so professional and she really knows what she's doing. During the treatment she will adapt what she does to suit you depending on what she finds. I have to worst knots and she worked so so hard to get them out. I'm going back in a weeks time for her to work on them some more 👍🏼
