Rang in and arranged for my girlfriend to go in at 6pm when we arrived we rang again where they then said we’re busy, and that it must of been another lady who booked it and left, awful communication. dreadful customer service.
I booked online on their page a day before my trip to leeds, and it said I booked successfully. When I got there, the staff on the other side of the door sent me away because she was 'busy'. She didn't even open the door and talk to me face to face. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever had. Thanks for ruining my trip.
Shocking service. I booked online and didn't receive any confirmation so I phoned and they confirmed my booking however when I turned up I was told she couldn't see me as a client had decided to stay for 2 hours. I came into Leeds especially for the massage.
Staff was unprofessional. The receptionist would leave the reception to massage clients. Therefore leaving the reception empty, and asking waiting clients to leave the waiting area because there were no staff around. Once when asked to increase the pressure of a massage, one therapist said she can't because her hands hurt. Another time, she said she already is but I can feel it because of the extra fat/ skin I have. Never going there again. WORST SERVICE EVER.
Decided to go for a foot massage after walking for a few days straight. Beautiful and calming atmosphere as you enter the building. It is slightly hidden away and need to keep a lookout on buildings for the name. I enjoyed the 30min but I did find it noisy with the location being in the city centre. I paid £25 which I found to be slightly expensive for what I've received. Despite the slight noise and high price it was a good experience overall.
Took a massage for one a hour (£40) and it was the best! It was relaxing for the first half an hour and then the lady stretched me and removed all my nodes! It’s a lovely atmosphere and very relaxing, also got a traditional Thai drink at the end.
Friendly and kind people, who didn't mind my tummy rumbling for the majority of the hour Thai massage I had! They accommodated a room for 2 with no both and we're happy to mix in some oil with our Thai massage too! Comfortable and relaxing rooms. Great massage, will be going back.
I was quoted £35 for a massage over the phone, I turned up that day and was told it was £40, then they didn't have the person in to do the type of massage I had booked. The room I had the massage in was cold as well. The massage itself was OK but not thorough enough.
Recently experienced Chayada Thai Therapy. I was so impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism of this Spa. I have visited many impressive Spas before, but here I really felt a sense of escapism and compete tranquillity. I had a deep tissue massage and felt so good during and after the treatment which has really helped my sore back due to heavy lifting at work. A highly recommended place to visit whilst in Leeds city centre :-)
My wife and I found them on the Internet. No reviews on Google. The prices were good @40€ per hour. The girls were very sweet and we had a couples room. My massage was stronger than my wife's as I said specially I wanted a stronger massage. Dim lights and we asked for a combo Thai/Swedish oil massage. There was even a shower in the room! Plus-They took credit cards with no extra fee (pay in advance). I think will go back tomorrow....
