Jo is honest, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. I often came armed with a number of “well reasoned” arguments, but she was never fazed and always saw right through them with kindness and understanding. She truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected from a therapist. Thanks to Jo’s compassion and support, I was able to face my past and find the courage to do the right thing. Because of Jo, I’ve learned to forgive myself and make room for self compassion — it’s a new, still slightly odd, but incredibly freeing feeling. Needless to say she’s fab and would totally recommend!
Jo is a fantastic therapist and I have recommended her to others who have found her really helpful, too. She is brilliant for those looking for a warm, supportive, and down to earth therapeutic space. I would highly recommend.
Jo is the most incredible therapist. She has complete empathy, she spends time getting to know you and understand what you need. She has a warmth that makes you feel completely at ease and able to speak your truth. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that shines through and she is always seeking ways to help with specific problems. I find that so comforting, as it makes me realise how dedicated she is to helping me through some of the most challenging moments. I would recommend jo to anyone that needs that time and understanding to work through difficult times.
Jo is brilliant at what she does. Reliable, trustworthy and helpful. She is adaptable to the clients specific needs and is someone who will help you. I recommend her to anyone who asks me.
