At the ripe old age of 75 years i have visited literally hundreds of physios , what a pity the Sporting Joint was not available for all those years ! from the moment you visit their superb ( free parking ) clinic you are welcomed by their polite and so helpful receptionist Anna and Nicki. The atmosphere is calm and unrushed ( unlike most businesses you try to deal with these days ) and the time spent by their physios , Kate ( owner ) Guy and Zoe just to mention a few , the treatment and time spent explaining is exemplary.Whilst nobody wants to be injured visiting the Sporting Joint does help ease the recovery process ! Wow! I’ve just had an absolutely outstanding sports massage with Zoe. I’ve had some great physio at the Sporting Joint before, but this was my first massage session and it didn’t disappoint. I had been doing some strength work on my shoulders and everything felt tight and a bit “crunchy”. Zoe listened to my concerns and delivered a really individualised treatment, rather than a generic sports massage. As a result she got my shoulder moving really nicely again, ready to build my strength. I was made to feel very welcome by the reception team too. A great experience, I’ll be back.

Been fantastic, had an issue with my shoulder over the past 13 years and Hannah has almost got it to a point of feeling normal 95% of the time. Genuinely didn't think it would ever be this good again. Multiple physios have sorted the problem temporarily but not like this.

Nicky and Hannah were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Nicky was extremely efficient and really helped me when booking my appointments. Hannah is an absolutely superb physio. I felt comfortable and supported throughout my entire journey and she really helped me through demonstration, exercise plans and massage. I couldn’t recommend Hannah enough - I’m so lucky I came across her for treatment at the Sporting Joint. I would highly recommend!

Great physio, I have been seeing Wilma for 4-5 months and she's amazing, friendly and so knowledgeable. She helped me so much with recovering from old injuries. Love the place, definitely recommended.

Great physio. I see Hannah and she is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is convenient as there are dedicated spaces in the cricket grounds. Also nice looking out over the cricket pitch during your treatment!

Kate is an absolute miracle worker. I've been seeing Kate for 9 months following an injury and then a subsequent operation and I dont know what I would have done without her. Best physio by far that I've ever been too and would never go anywhere else. Lovely place and great staff too. Cannot recommend enough 👍

Absolutely amazing. Had major leg surgery just before Covid-19 Lockdown, despite this Alison my physio got me from wheelchair bound to walking without crutches in 2 weeks. Through remote video calls she gave me exercises and looked at my individual weaknesses providing key feedback which helped me progress incredibly quickly. Couldn't ask for more

The sporting joint are very professional and good value for money! I cannot speak highly enough of the Lead Physio Kate Stalker! Not only are her Physio skills exceptional, but she takes heartfelt care of her patients, which you require just as much as the Physio when you're injured! Kate fully explains your injury, and gives you plenty of support, so you can help yourself through your injury too! Kate has helped me through a back injury for the past 2 years and I cannot thank her enough for the kindness and support she has given me in my sessions, as well as her Physio skills! I fully recommend the supporting joint practice, even if your just feeling stiff and need those muscles working out!
