Amber was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable especially as it was my very first massage. I was relaxed throughout the whole experience and would highly recommend her to anyone. It was amazing and now feel very chilled and lighter. 11/10!! 💕

The treatment room itself was beautiful — calm, candlelit, spotlessly clean, and incredibly relaxing the moment you walk in. The heated beds were a real highlight, especially for us. We’re both tall and on the heavier side, and the beds were exceptionally sturdy and comfortable, which made such a difference and instantly put us at ease. It’s something that’s often overlooked, but here it was clearly well thought out. The massages themselves were fantastic — perfectly balanced pressure, deeply relaxing, and very professional. You could tell the therapists really knew what they were doing and took care to tailor the experience so we were both completely comfortable. Everything about the experience felt considered and high quality, from the warmth of the room to the overall atmosphere. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about when we’ll be booking again. Highly recommend Spa Diamond to anyone looking for a truly relaxing, high-standard couples massage in Derby. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my experience today, first time ever having any type of massage and my head massage was incredible! This was a Christmas present from my mum and it did not disappoint! I had an aromatherapy massage with Sarah, and she wasn’t joking about how tired you feel afterwards. She worked on all the problem areas, and the oil she used (Muscle Therapy/Recovery) smelled really nice. The session lasted an hour, and I can honestly say it was money well spent. Sarah will definitely be seeing me again.

Today I had a full body massage from Courtney and it was lovely. She took her time and care with the massage. It was very relaxing and I felt like it relived a lot of tension in my body. I would definitely come visit again 10/10 experience would 100% recommend her.☺️❤️

Hi I had a 90 Swedish Massage with Fiona. Spa diamond is a beautiful salon & in good location. Fiona's customer service and treatment were outstanding. The massage was amazing, super relaxing, Soothing and Healing. She got all my knots out and my body felt renewed. I would highly recommend a massage with Fiona.

Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10
