Treated by Faraz at Sano following a bike accident where I bulls-eyed the windscreen of a van and ended up with very stiff, painful shoulders and neck. Faraz is very personable, listens very well, treated specific areas in the sessions and prescribed targeted exercise plans that are sent to you online.
