I had my first Physio session at the beginning of the week and Steven was really good, professional, thorough and helpful. He relieved my ongoing shoulder issues and even gave me some home exercises to do to maintain better movement and even advised that with the work that he has done, that I shouldn't have to come back in - it's been a few days later and I've gone back to working out intensely and there is no strain or stiffness during or after my sessions, my first visit and it was a very successful one! I recently attended Impact Physio for treatment on my neck & shoulder. Impact Physio based at Pride Park, Derby was easy to get to with plenty of parking located at Derby Arena. I was treated by Alan Beer from Impact Physio over several months. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the Physio session & found the treatment helpful for my condition. I would highly recommend Impact Physio.

The physio, Jack Clayton, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my feedback and worked with me to find a programme I could follow. I wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. I attended the Pride Park clinic to get treatment on my lower back. Tom was great, he really made the exercise and treatment plan feel bespoke and tailored to me and my recovery. Really impressed, would recommend to anyone.

Fiona, my physio, was very knowledgeable and explained issues she found with my back very clearly. From week to week she provided me with stretches and exercises which slowly but surely eased the pain and helped to start to strengthen my core. Thanks. Fantastic staff and atmosphere. Not one of those intimidating gym type of places but welcoming, encouraging but still push you when needed. Have helped me get back to full fitness following a broken leg. Even though I am now mended I will keep going with Rachel and the team!
