My husband went to visit Abdul with severe sciatica. From the very first appointment there was such a drastic difference and the pain was so much less. He was able to move much more freely and carried on a lot of the exercises at home too. His sciatica has now completely healed and he had it for around 6 months severely. He’s absolutely over the moon and would recommend Abdul and Eliteosteo to anyone wanting help with their back and in need of professional help.

I had been struggling with lower back pain for over 10 months and had tried everything. The pain had been getting worse and was starting to affect my day-to-day life. A friend recommended Abdul Detta at Ultraflex Gym in Derby, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I arrived, Abdul was warm and welcoming. He took the time to listen, explained the treatment clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment lasted around an hour, and with each step I could feel the pain easing more and more. By the end of the appointment, my pain was almost gone and I felt amazing. The next day I was a little achy, which was expected, but the pain had gone and I felt fantastic. Abdul is incredibly knowledgeable and truly fantastic at what he does. He’s also great with follow-up and has given me exercises to help keep the pain at bay. I would highly recommend Abdul to anyone dealing with back pain or looking for an excellent osteopath.
