Amazing! Steve has taught me how to Help Myself. By teaching me to recognise every nuanced change in my state as I discussed the cause, I have learned to grieve for things from forty years ago which have dominated my here-and-now. My toxic family relationships have improved or ended. With Constant practice, I'm evolving into a calmer, & happier person, as unbeknownst to me, I have spent the last forty years in a state of perpetual fright. The NHS are fantastic for anything physical, but alas, in my experiences, with mental health, it's a revolving door. Groundbreaking. Thank you.
