Fantastic webinar on Trusting your Gut - so informative with easy and practical ways to support your child and your family unit.
A lovely group of people! Thank goodness for a service like this. I was previously very lost, struggling with feeling guilty as a parent and not knowing where to turn next- which is when we found bridge the gap. My son has just completed a 12 week 1:1 emotional literacy block. He is now armed with knowledge and tips to help him navigate through his emotions. The guidance and support that Claire has given him has been absolutely wonderful. Everything about this place is lovely, such a calm waiting space to wait in too. He has thoroughly enjoyed his sessions and we are so very grateful! Thank you so much for all your kindness and support!
Such a lovely, calm welcoming place. We were lucky to attend a parent and child separation anxiety workshop and it felt like being given a warm hug. I wish is was closer to us!
I attended the emotional literacy workshop with Jennifer at Bridge the Gap. The workshop was really useful for ideas to support children who are pre school / school age. I learned lots of useful tips and resources to enhance my current skills. Jennifer is a wealth on knowledge and experience and clearly delivers these workshops with passion and commitment!
Amazing people and calm relaxing environment. They dont get enough funding for what they excually do. They understand what perants and children go through as they have been there before. So ot makes it alot easier when they give guidance on stuff because you can relate to them. It was very nice to meet them in person finally without hiding behind a screen and it was nice finding out away for my daughter to communicate and feel she can be her self. You guys are amazing thoughout keep doing what you do best awe need more people like you.
I visited today for the first time, and I was so relieved. It is very nerve wracking walking into a place you’ve never been, with an anxious child clung to your arm, but Jen & Carly made us feel so welcome, and we instantly felt relaxed. Today was our first session, but it definitely won’t be our last!
Amazing ladies who run a much needed service to support children and parents through difficult times. I cannot recommend them enough. The parent workshop on understanding a child's anxiety gave me such an important insight into my child's inner world. The seminars and Facebook groups during lockdown gave me hope and purpose. The 1:1 support has been invaluable and so perfectly aimed to help my child the way that reaches her effectively, through play, and she has made great progress because of this. When no one else was there to support us, due to a great lack in services to support child mental health, Jennifer and Nikki were. I can't thank them enough, and will continue to use their resources, attend seminars on emotional health and wellbeing, and continue to learn and spread the word.
