Excellent , so caring and professional
I highly recommend this service, from start to finish they were thorough, professional, friendly and so kind to us and our son. I felt so validated as a parent throughout the process and so listened to in a way we haven't felt from many other professionals. Claire Harbridge during the telephone assessment was so kind, professional and warm. She was patient and listened, even signposting me to further help with certain things after the phone call. Both Beccy and Steph during the assessment were lovely and showed great kindness and understanding to my son. The report was sent quickly but still very thorough with lots of recommendations and signposting for further help available. The admin team as well were extremely proactive and responsive. The whole team go above and beyond, we could not be happier with them!
