Good Quality Products Bought this hand gel since pandemic. Compared to hand sanitizer of other brands, they are not drying. The hand cream is very moisturising and long lasting. Good for dry working hands. Just the lemongrass smell is a bit too intense for me. Interested in trying other hand cream therefore return to the store again. Unfortunately the powerful and intense scent from the diffuser of the store has contributed nose blind temporarily. Therefore I failed to get my favourite scent among all of the hand cream option. Too bad. I returned to the store at the other day. The smell of the hand cream and other body products are quite strong. Watch out if you have a habit of using perfume. The staff are nice and friendly. No hard selling. The shop is clean and tidy. Animal test free. Overall it's a good local store.

Lovely lady served us yesterday. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. It's a real treat for me to get anything in here but so worth it.

90 mins holistic massage by Caroline. I received an absolutely amazing massage. Once entered through the door, the shop staff was welcoming and offered a cup of herbal tea. During the consultation, Caroline listened to me carefully with her gentle smile and got what I need straightaway. Because I told I preferred light to medium pressure, she performed as exactly as I wanted. Having moved in a new place and just started a new work, my mind and body desperately needed. I felt something like a heavy burden loaded on my shoulders was removed, my heart has got softened, widely open and have got back my original energy. I visited NY Cambridge today, after queueing to observe the “one in, one out system” as advised by the manager(?) to purchase your hand sanitizer spray, I was told it had sold out that morning, but this young lady offered to refill mine for me FoC. What great customer service! She is a star.

It's a very good shop. Workers are very kind and there are a lot of type of seed or dried fruits!

Such a lovely shop and welcoming staff. I had a massage, it was a deep tissue sports massage. Much needed and I was sore and had problems with my shoulders and my hamstrings. I have rebooked for a follow up session. It is important to book the right massage, if you need a light massage opt for the aromatherapy massage. A deep tissue massage will leave you sore but it helps in the long run. Great experience I will be back!

A very small store but a good range of products. Alas, I did not enjoy my treatment as much as I had hoped and came away in a lot of pain that lasted for weeks.

My daughter and I went in to the Cambs store today. I was specifically looking for deodorants in this instance. The young shop assistant was excellent; attentive, informative and extremely helpful. The range of items was really good, and she was very helpful in giving us samples to help decide on future purchases.

It is not a small shop. When other people outside see your giving yourself a treat they all decide to come in and when your about to leave they all vanish. The classic you want neals yard so I want neals yard syndrome. I still have a strange love for the neem oil, now making hair treatments.
