Karim's thoughtful, thorough, and functional approach to treating my muscle and joint pain was second to none. My first appointment was very helpful and I will definitely be returning for follow up care as needed. He provided me with instruction for stretches and exercises to do at home in addition to treating my back, hip, and jaw issues.

Karim is an excellent massage therapist from both a technical and a human point of view. He zeroed in on my specific issues with great insight, was able to offer exercise suggestions at the close of the session, but also provided an incredibly all-round massage treatment. He has wonderful and empathetic demeanour, as well.

My journey with Karim so far has been really positive. I have fibromyalgia, and what I believe to be a nervous system disorder brought on by long term chronic stress/anxiety thats left me with allot of inflammation & tension build up. Karim has been able to pinpoint problems just by looking at my posture!! And work efficiently & effectively with every treatment.
