It seems to have come a long way since it was the old DDU back in the day. Theyβre helping me atm. But Iβm helping myself which is most of the battle to be fair. I suppose if you want to sort your shit out, there is no better place. Actually, there is no other place period! π Good luck!
How can you not feel something towards people who choose their careerβs in helping others. It takes a special kind of soul to do that. I just wholeheartedly appreciate every member of staff who might take my call, to the ones helping me on my recovery. What a diamond in a very distorted world. Special thank you to Alice. What an amazing person.
Fantastic staff, professional, in every-sense. The staff should all receive awards. They are so committed to their jobs. They make you feel at ease from the get go. Just appsolutely brilliant, in all areas
Everyone there is lovely ,helpful and kind.
Made me feel uncomfortable and not really helping to the point they supposed to πππ
My support worker has always been there 4 me along with other staff. I'm always helped whenever I call even if it's not my support worker.
Very supportive people. You have to put the work in just like you would if you had a personal trainer to get fit... they wouldnt do it for you! The building is a bit tired though.
If i could give no stars i would. Shocking. My key worker didn't replying to my texts, my voicemail or calls one where i was suicidal. As a serverley disabled vulnerable woman i needes a home visit. In two years i got one but physically cant get to mill road. Ive got a new one who was meant to call me on Monday. This didn't happen. Im currently in hospital having a detox. Ive got covid too. Does anyone know of a way to get a inpatient at fulborn?
Not even contactable, don't keep appointments! Pointless service.
It's ok..Not really a place I enjoy going.
