Had my first deep massage yesterday. It was a very good experience. Very cosy, comfortable and warm treatment room. Toni was friendly, competent, respectful and she constantly checked back with me that it wasn't too painful. It wasn't. I came away with a lot less pain in my shoulders and hamstrings. I've been seeing Shelly for massage for over a year now and I can't recommend her enough! I've been to quite a few therapists before and I must say I'm quite fussy 😅 most are too light for me which means that I don't get much of a relief for my tense muscles Shelly is great though, her massage technique is very effective while not being too painful either. She is also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable during your treatment. I highly recommend Shelly!
