Dr Pironti assessed me for ADHD in October, and following a positive diagnosis, provided some constructive therapy to help me with procrastination, and then referred me for medication, Since I have started on my ADHD meds, life has become so much simpler, I can complete tasks without becoming easily distracted, even something as simple as completing the ironing and putting the clothes away was a major task that could take weeks to accomplish. Now I can do it in a couple of hours. During the ADHD assessment, he also picked up on some behaviours that didn't really fit the ADHD diagnosis, and recommended I also have an autism assessment. We completed this in January, and I was stunned to find I do have autistic traits, but so much made sense with the AuDHD diagnosis. I now understand why I can struggle sometimes in social situations, and suddenly get to the point I want to leave 30 minutes after arriving, and yet I can be so incredibly creative. I have now started therapy sessions with Dr Pironti focusing on improving my ability to manage myself appropriately in my day to day work life. His kind and compassionate approach to my challenges allows me to be honest about my triggers, so that we can discuss, analyse and if need be role play scenarios to reduce my stress and rebuild my confidence. I can't recommend his services enough.
Dr Valentino Pironti was amazing, he took a lot of time with my son and myself. Very calm (I’m sure that must be hard at times) very thorough and would listen and explain till it was clear. Felt like he was definitely there to support you though your whole journey. Would definitely recommend.
Dr Pironti has a very calm energy and is easy to talk to, I found he takes in and listens to my concerns and symptoms in depth and I feel like I get very genuine individual responses. I would highly recommend to people that take the private route for diagnosis and help. thanks again!
I have used this clinic on several occasions and Dr Pironti has always been very caring and helpful. I am happy to recommend him to anyone who might need his services.
I came to see Dr. Pironti for an assessment a bit later in life and initially felt awkward and anxious but his professionalism and approachable, patient manner meant I quickly felt at ease and able to talk with him freely and openly. In our first initial call, Dr. Pironti picked up on some subtle behaviour of mine that I believed I always kept well hidden and this further confirmed my confidence in his expertise and knowledge in his field. Highly recommended.
Dr Pironti assessed me for ASD around four years ago. Following that he acted as my therapist. He helped me immensely in both understanding my personality structure and developing coping strategies. I honestly believe he is one of the very best in the field of treatment. I feel very fortunate to have his assistance and can't recommend him highly enough.
Had easily the best private medical experience of my life here. Getting help for ADHD is way harder than it should be, but once I was finally put in touch with the clinic, it was like I was finally being heard. Although ADHD assessments aren't cheap, my one with Dr Pironti genuinely felt like it was worth the price. Other doctors might talk to you for about an hour and come in with obvious preconceptions about your situation or stigma about ADHD itself, but Dr Pironti was friendly, patient, and very open about how he came to his conclusions. We talked for over three and a half hours, way longer than I expected, and the way he dug into my answers and tried to unpick the nuances made me realize that, no matter what conclusion he came back with, I knew I could trust it.
My daughter had her ASD/Aspergers Assessment in July. Dr Pironti was kind, sensitive and extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. He was perceptive when it felt difficult and gave the support needed. The assessment was a positive experience and Dr Pironti was encouraging, recognising that this was an extremely helpful outcome for us. My daughter can now move forward with a new understanding
Dr. Pironti is highly experienced with both ADHD and ASD and spent as much time as was needed to assess my son for both of these things. He was both patient and thorough and helped us to understand the next steps needed to best support my son. Without a doubt the best person to go to for either assessment, I can't thank him enough!
After being misdiagnosed for many years and having approached the NHS for a ASD assessment, I was told it would be at least 2 years for me to be seen. I got in contact with the clinic last week and they have been extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I got my full ASD assessment and diagnosis yesterday (at 38 years old! It's never too late!) and Dr. Pironti was great. I can´t recommend him enough. I was extremely anxious and he made me more at ease (as much as that was possible). My husband also had a very good experience and reckons it was a time and money very well spent. If you can afford it and you do not want to wait for the NHS, go to this clinic. We travelled all the way from Essex and would come back again. The relief we felt after being treated personally and getting a proper assessment is invaluable. Thank you again Dr. Pironti.
