Sarah was really helpful in addressing a recent sports injury - I really appreciate her considered and attentive approach, and practical suggestions for injury management going forward
Sarah is an excellent physiotherapist! Shes knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly and gave me really helpful, personalised exercises that made a big difference. Sessions were always professional and pleasant. Highly recommend this Cambridge clinic!
I’ve had several sessions over the last few months for shoulder and hip issues with 2 different physios and both have been excellent.
The initial assessment was very important as Rachael was meticulous in understanding my needs before suggesting a course of treatment. As a result I definitely feel so much better in a short period of time .
The session received by our son from Rachel was very disappointing. Our son has an ongoing back issue since a injury at the beginning of the year which flared up the day he moved to study at Cambridge so we booked him a session with Bodyset in the hope he would get some hands on treatment to take the edge off the pain. However, the 30 mins was spent only talking and he actually left in more pain with no clear treatment plan and told to make an appointment the following week. We had provided the notes from the previous physio but these had not been looked at. I requested the notes from the session and can’t see how the assessment took 30 mins. The previous physios had both managed hands on treatment in the first session as well as providing notes. Two of the three exercises recommended were to turn his head from left to right and to roll his shoulders. We didn’t book any further sessions as there was no commitment to do any hands on treatment and no clear treatment plan.
Rachael has been helping me with my rehabilitation over the last 6 months following a fracture and damage to the ACL of my left knee earlier this year. She provides excellent direction and support with the physio exercises and I am impressed with the level of encouragement she offers to persevere when I am feeling a bit disappointed with myself. I would definitely recommend Rachael 😊
Went to Rachael with a sore shoulder and so unable to swim for three months. She set a goal of being back swimming after two months of physio. Two months later, goal achieved. Highly recommend.
Went to see Rachel because of a neck problem brought on my stress/computer work. She was very thorough, helped me understand the problem a lot better and the exercises she recommended have really helped a lot. The neck massages she gave provided a huge amount of relief from the pain and tension. I'd definitely return to Rachel if I needed, and have already recommended her to others.
Excellent! Very friendly, welcoming and professional. My knee has consistently got better since I started getting treatment from Rachael at Bodyset. They're both stronger now than it has been for years. many thanks.
I recently received physio treatment for a neck/shoulder injury from Rachael Pinto at Bodyset in Cambridge and the treatment I received was instrumental in helping me to recover. Rachael was very professional and friendly, assessed my condition very thoroughly, and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. I will definitely contact Rachael again if I need physio in the future.
