Lisa is an exceptional therapist who has supported me through some of the most transformative periods of my life. Her guidance has been invaluable as I navigated the challenges of new motherhood and the transition back to work. Her empathy, insight, and practical tools have made a lasting impact on my well-being.
Wonderful experience with the amazing Lisa! Hadn't been to a sound bath before but we were expertly guided through a relaxing, trance like journey that was incredibly and unexpectedly moving. Highly recommended!
Working with Lisa has been truly invaluable. Her warmth, knowledge and insight created a safe space for me to feel heard & supported. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her expertise to anyone looking for a skilled therapist.
Lisa is a phenomenal therapist. I have worked with her for MANY years, and she is hands down responsible for the positive and huge growth and development I have experienced. I am very grateful for her expertise, experience, knowledge, gentleness, (and firmness when required). If you are considering working with Lisa, I suggest you go right on! No hesitation needed.
Lisa has helped me through some of the hardest times of my life with compassion and understanding. Her guidance has always been well balanced and empathetic but she also knows when to engage with her own insight when the situation requires it and I’ve been most grateful for those moments because they’ve helped me to see things more clearly. I have recommend Lisa to many of my friends and colleagues because she is a fantastic therapist.
Lisa is such a gifted sound practitioner. Her sessions are absolutely magical and provide a very safe space to totally relax and support whatever you’re feeling. Couldn’t recommend her enough, wish I lived closer so I could attend in Brighton!
I spent a solid couple of years working through what felt like a tangled web of traumas with Lisa. I have then returned occasionally over the following years. My only regret is not finding her 10 years earlier! I understand so much more about myself now and have appreciated her support and expertise on my journey of improvement. When needed I return to Lisa to tackle a block or specific issue. Lisa is professional, creates a safe space to discuss everything including issues I associate with shame about myself which results in the ability to really get stuck into the work you need to do. I can’t recommend Lisa high enough and forever grateful to her.
I’ve worked with Lisa several times over the past five years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Not only is she an incredible therapist who has helped me through burnout in both my professional and personal life, but she has been a guiding light in the darkness, helping me to find that inner strength and guide me back to ‘me’. Whether it’s through soft nudges where I’ve needed reassurance that I’m on the right path or knowing when to bring out the big guns and encourage me through some tough crossroad decisions, Lisa is always a constant and navigated our time expertly. She is a fantastic professional and a fantastic human.
I had always been curious about sound baths and wondered what they were all about. I was feeling quite nervous when I attended my very first one, as I didn't know what was in store... I needn't have worried. Lisa who delivered the session, talked me through what to expect from a sound bath. Her energy and aura instantly calmed me and made me feel relaxed and excited for what was to come. It was such an incredible experience!!! It left me feeling elated, uplifted, and invigorated. Lisa is absolutely amazing at what what she does. I thoroughly recommend you throwing caution to the wind and giving Lisa's sound bath a try, as you will not regret it! :-)x
My experience of therapy with Lisa was great- I felt very listened to, understood, supported and challenged in gentle, helpful ways. She helped me reach important realisations and goals. It was a pleasure talking to her every week. Lisa is also very professional in explaining her boundaries, while being flexible and caring at the same time.
