I had a post-natal Mummy MOT with Levi as I felt a bit adrift after my 6 week postnatal GP check. Levi checked how my c section scar was healing and my pelvic floor - much more than the GP did! She also wrote me a tailored exercise plan, to return to the fitness level we discussed - really useful guidance which has given me the confidence to start doing exercise post c section. I thought Levi was very professional and covered a lot in our 1 hr home visit session. Would highly recommend (I just with the NHS provided this kind of care...for free!).
