Jo has been an invaluable part of my preparation and although we only spoke for a couple of months, it has been a game changer in terms of understanding and navigating fears, setting intentions and calming the mind. Jo is deeply intuitive and reflects back your thoughts in a way you couldn't do yourself, she shines a light on observations with kindness and wisdom, resulting in many 'aha' moments which have been so enriching. Thank you Jo.

My therapy journey with Jo lasted over a 9-month period. Throughout that time, Jo allowed me the time and space to work through some fairly significant elements of my life, including the impact of some childhood experiences and relational difficulties. As a person who is keen on self-awareness and personal growth, I can say that this time, with the support of Jo, has been one of the most positively impactful for me and I have gained new levels of confidence in my own abilities. I feel I made some profound shifts in several areas of myself and life. Jo listens and aims to understand what it is you need as a client. She may also offer challenge when appropriate but always with a very caring support and attitude. Jo has an expert knowledge and experience of the therapeutic process and working at a relational depth. At times, we explored some deep spiritual territories in our work together, at my request, as I have an interest in meditation, etc. None of this was prescriptive or dogmatic. I could lead what happened within our sessions. Although she is clearly very knowledgeable, Jo does not present an aura of the expert and the relationship was at the forefront of the work we did — allowing me to be an equal. Some of my ‘issues’ involved feeling inferior to others, and Jo handled this with the greatest of care. Now, I feel much more comfortable and confident in my interactions with those around me. I would not hesitate to recommend Jo and I certainly will contact her again when I need support in the future. Thank you, Jo!

Although I only saw Jo for a short amount of time she was amazing. She really helped me understand my own mind and value my own thoughts and feelings like nobody has done before. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks jo :)

I have had therapy with Jo twice now for two different issues. I felt very comfortable with Jo and she does not judge you and listens incredibly well and gives advice that has helped me profoundly. I had never had therapy before seeing Jo but she has been brilliant and helped me with my issues and I can now return to my normal life thanks to her expertise in her field and making me know who I am and what I can do. I would highly recommend her for any issue you need help with Jo is extremely professional and experienced, couldn't recommend her enough.

This was my first regular therapy experience, and it was a profoundly positive one. I had recently had a big life upheaval - getting divorced, recovering my health from chronic illness, starting a new independent life and embarking on new relationships. I was initially drawn to Jo's integrative approach which included self-development as well as healing, as well as understanding of more esoteric realms of treatment that included mind-body health, as well as having a solid foothold in the conventional ones. Although we had similar therapeutic, and even lifestyle, values, I found huge value in how Jo was able to observe, not only what I was saying, but how I was saying it, to offer profoundly clarifying suggestions, questions and insights that I could just never have thought of alone, or with the help of my nearest and dearest. Jo gave me a real appreciation for psychotherapy - how it not only supports you through hard times, but shifts you out of old patterns and shakes you free of the binds we get ourselves tangled in inside our own heads. Since my sessions with Jo, I feel I have created my own self-regulation processes, self-awareness and self-empowerment over my own mind and emotions, and therefore, in my case at least, overall health and wellbeing. I had to end my sessions with Jo as I go off to travelling for a few months, but I will always remember her kind, yet firm, analysis and guidance, and I know it will continue to help me into the future - one I am now very excited about!
