Hannah is the very best soft tissue therapist you can ever go to. She is extremely talented and knowledgeble at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough to everyone. I have been going to her for years, she is better than any physio I have ever been to and I have been to many - she gave me the best recovery strengthening exercises/advice for my back when I initially came to her with a bad injury a long time ago. As a dancer, and fitness instructor it is incredibly important to me to keep well and I cannot thank Hannah enough for doing this for me over so many years! Look no further!!

Hannah is great. Saw her v recently based on a recommendation and I arrived feeling emotionally and physically fragile. I felt incredibly safe and confident in her hands and she was very accomodating. She expertly released the tension in my neck, shoulders, and jaw, and I left with the spring in my step I'd been missing for weeks. I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend her. Thanks Hannah! Hannah has helped me in so many ways throughout these 3 years I have been going to her. As someone who juggles touring, multiple chronic illnesses and long distance running- recovery and maintenance is super important for performance. Hannah's in depth knowledge about my chronic illness as well as her experience with sports & working with athletes, helps me achieve what sometimes may look like impossible. Her ability to know exactly what the body needs always fascinates me. Hannah helped me achieve, PB's, completing daily tasks as well as managing chronic pain in stressful environments whilst touring. I generally book Medical Acupuncture and before a race a sports massage with Acupuncture. I have seen Hannah several times for a combination treatment with clinical massage and acupuncture for migraines. I have had migraines very regularly for years and this is the first thing that's given me some relief. I've also seen her for clinical massage sessions when I've had back pain and hip pain in the last few years. Although already certain that Hannah would be able to add to my existing treatment plan with my physio, I was amazed at the difference the hands-on treatment during my soft tissue therapy sessions made. I initially came to Hannah for regular recovery sessions in between club cycling meets this season. It reduced my recovery time and I'm fairly sure  it increased my performance within the group. I've also booked in extra sessions when I've had a niggle elsewhere, she is great at quickly diagnosing the problem and relieving pain but also gives great rehab advice and exercises.
