Maria is a gem, and my experience was revelatory and life-altering. I was drawn to work with someone who was a skilled therapist but had more to offer than talk therapy. I signed up for 10 sessions after my region was hit with the largest natural disaster in American (recorded) history. As a mom to 2 neurodivergent boys and shepherding my father through end of life, I had a lot to hold and work through. Each week was unique, and we flowed through hypnotherapy, IFS, energetic healing ( she shrank my enlarged thyroid in one session), as well as teaching me new skills and ways of relating to my emotions. I deepened my relationship with myself and my family. Highly recommend this phenomenal woman to anyone seeking a major shift in their life.
