The West Yorkshire Clinic — Psychologist in Bradford, England

Having travelled from Leeds with my 87 year old Mum for an assessment on damaged knees we arrived to find no disabled entrance. She's in a wheelchair! there was no way in the building. The Google entry shows full accessibility. Hasten to say Mum didn't get her appointment. It is now being rearranged to a clinic in Leeds which I'm told is accessible. Surely someone should have worked this out????

Attended an appointment today. Excellent experience. Lovely venue clearly being well looked after. The above mentioned comments are unfair as I did not see or experience any issues both with the individuals or the venue.

Welcoming staff, medical form sent prior to appointment. Building may be having renovations but safe waiting area and clinic room clean and tidy.

How on earth is this a medical clinic , looks like something out of slums , first of all looks like a complete hazard and unsafe , very unprofessional and ill mannered place is very dirty , dusty sticky floors I will be contacting my legal team who put me through here with a complaint as this has caused my anxiety to hit the roof with disbelief

Absolutely disgusting place looks like an abandoned building, and horrible staff with no respect or manners how to speak to people , no privacy at all made to write medical information along side other people on the same table I would pull out immediately before attending

Excellent venue clean and spacious . Used regularly by many practitioners. Highly recommended

How on earth is this a private medical practice!? Outside is in serious disrepair, making the building look abandoned, which is represented as you enter the building also. Looks like a bunch of squatters have raided a medical supplies building and just planted stuff around at random. Avoid at all costs, only here because this is where my insurance chose. EDIT UPDATE. I have been contacted twice to remove this review. I don't often leave reviews, but I felt I needed to based on my impression of the building. It's unacceptable that they are then contacting me, asking me to change my opinion because it might hurt their business. If anything, it felt like harassment, and for when they re read this update, if any further contact is made, you will be reported to the police for harassment.

Very dirty and smelly, clinic, sticky floor, doctor downstairs shouting to patients, patronising, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT After travelling one hour and stuck in traffic due to an event on the stadium in Bradford, very apologetic i explained why am i 20 min late for a blood test that takes 5 min , was told to wait maybe he can see me...after waiting one more hour i have asked if he has time to see me and was told , in the same manner, towering, that he can not promise me he will see me so i should wait maybe for nothing. So i left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I am not treating my patients in the manner i was treated in this private clinic. Appalling service from a private clinic where the blood test are not free. I have not seen such a service in NHS clinics; receptionist was holding a paper to check patients in and did not have a clue what is going on. Very disappointed !
