Suphep Horal Thai Massage Center — Thai massage therapist in Bradford, England

I visited Suphep Bradford recently and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The area outside the premises felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Inside the massage room there was a noticeable smell of weed, which made it difficult to relax. I raised my concerns during the visit, however I did not feel they were taken seriously or properly addressed. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel professional and did not meet the standards I would expect from a reputable establishment. It would not be suitable for customers expecting a clean, professional and respectful environment

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere and instantly relaxing. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. My massage was exceptional, both deeply therapeutic and wonderfully soothing. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. This center truly combines skill with hospitality, making it more than just a massage, it was an experience of wellbeing. Recommended for anyone seeking authentic Thai massage and a peaceful escape from everyday stress. Just to add, I found it caparatively cheaper than others that I had visited.

Worst massage ever! Don’t go, total waste of time and money.

Absolutely the worst place ever! Receptionist has no manners at all. She clearly doesn’t care about customers, just wants to grab your money and send you away. Terrible service, awful attitude, and a complete waste of time and money. I walked out more stressed than when I walked in. Avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible experience not recommended! Had the worst massage experience ever. The lady at reception was extremely rude and arrogant, only interested in taking money rather than providing any decent service. Completely unprofessional attitude and zero customer care. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Possibly one of the best massages Iv had in Bradford , the place was clean and had ample parking , the room was equipped with a shower i had a very good experience as I had a shoulder problem which was fixed by the lady I felt fresh immediately and pain free I will be returning again and the massage was priced at £35 for the hour which was the cheapest I've had.

Easy to find and there was space to park. Be warned there are other businesses on this site and so parking could be a problem at busy periods. I was let in quickly and confirmed that I had a booking. I had arrived a few minutes early so was asked to wait. There was plenty of seating, as seen in the photos online. After a few minutes a lady came down with another client, and I was asked to pay for the hour massage. The lady on reception was pleasant. I went up a couple of flights of stairs, if you have mobility issues then this place is not for you, there are steps up to the front door and lots of stairs inside as well. The room was welcoming with plenty of space and a large massage table and a shower. The massage was very enjoyable, the lady spent plenty of time on my shoulders and lower back which was appreciated. The only negative was that they used a pillow and not a face hole on the massage table, this I find not as comfortable which was s shame as it did detract from an otherwise excellent massage. Overall good value but with using pillows I am not sure if I will return again.

the receptionist lady is rude and arrogant and only wants money from you. You call in to book and she confirms your booking and then when you walk inside, she lies saying you didn’t book in. She rather let someone else in who she is familiar with without them booking in. Also when asked for a deep tissue massage she charges you extra money, however the massage is not deep tissue and is relaxing and when confronted the masseuse she starts shouting at you saying I don’t care if you don’t want a massage go home. Also, the receptionist tells you to transfer the money and then start lying saying she hasn’t received the money wanting you to pay double when clearly the transaction has gone through. She will stop you from getting a massage even though you have paid and start shouting aggressively at you telling you to leave the building
