Heavenly Touch: massage and spa LTD (Ladies only) — Massage therapist in Bradford, England

3 stars because there was no issue previously, and the owner had the courtesy of refunding my deposit when I wasn’t happy. Booked a massage for my mum at 11am on 31st January, and I received a message at 10:42am on the day saying to delay the massage to 11:35 as they’re running late. I told my mum and she wasn’t happy as she had walked there for 11am, and couldn’t do the constant back and forth due to arthritis. Speaking to the owner, she decided it was a good idea to delay everyone else’s appointments because one of her customers was running late. There’s very little regard for other people’s times or situations, and a complete lack of professionalism. There’s a reason why every GP surgery says ‘Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment or you may not be seen’ and even if doctors run late, they run late because the consultation took longer than expected, not because one of their previous patients turned up late. Will be finding a business which values peoples time.

I am a regular here, I've been going here for just over a year. Thats says it all. I travel out to get to this salon but for me its the service I receive. Therapist/s know what they are doing and leave you felling rejuvenated! The owner is always very caring and understanding always fits me in even when I get there half an hour late! Thank you ladie! X

I had waxing today and the service was great I felt relaxed and taken care of, the staff are well skilled and the owner is really welcoming providing in depth advice about my skin which helped thank you to all see you soon definitely 🥰

I had an amazing experience today with Offer 2, which included a deep tissue massage, head massage, dynamite facial, and pedicure. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the therapists were truly amazing at what they do. I felt completely relaxed and pampered from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back — this place truly lives up to its name!

Just had my first treatment today and I could not be happier. Absolutely fantastic customer service, very hospitable, accommodating at every aspect.
