its fire brodie
If I could give 0 stars I would, because that’s what it deserves. Call themselves care coordinators? What is that I ask myself, they are uncaring, unavailable, have caused my daughter more stress and anxiety than she already has. The whole system is a disgrace on how they manage this mental health unit. Lost appointments letter, cancelled appointments whenever they feel like it, no communication skills, instead they talk to you like am stupid. Get your act together Bradford centre, before someone fatally harm’s themselves. No managers ever available to make a complaint, no Doctor's around for months and end, the only person available is a care coordinator, that actually doesn’t Care at all, and talks to me like am the idiot and I work for her. Call themselves nurses . They need to look up what that actually means.
An absolute shambles of a service. After constant changes in staff, poor administration and frankly incompetence, they actually made my PTSD worse. I have taken out a complaint and decided to scrape the money together to go private. It doesnt even deserve the one star I had to give to post my review...
Useless never answer the phone then say you don’t give them enough time to sort a prescription despite trying to get ahold of them for days before I nearly run out only to be told they can’t keep restarting med that he will stop them when the meds can have a serious effect on my heart
Could I recommend that messages be posted on all doors around reception area asking staff and patients not to let doors slam! It's so annoying listening to door after door slam in reception area while waiting for a appointment. Thank you
Actual trash. Cancelled appointments with no notice. People forgotten about. Care coordinators don't care they don't even bother to learn your name. Actually the worst mental health services I've ever experienced
My partner has been with mental health team since she was a child she moved to the adults service was working with them for 4 years and over that 4 years she has not gotten any better mentally just for them to discharge her with no care plan or reasoning. Be careful useing this service you will be left on your own if you need help
