Mold and water damage everywhere, masseuse vaping during massage, got 40 minutes instead of 1 hour. Massage was rushed and painful not relaxing at all.Bad experiance

What a scam all they want is money , seen rats running about as well massage was rushed and painful not relaxing at all, not a experience I would every recommend

I am literally not happy with my massage. The lady who did mine was absolute torture. Either she was just rubbing her hands on my body and when I asked her to apply pressure she applied way way way too much. The lady who did my mum's massage was amazing. And mine didn't even do my head and neck. And my mum got full body head to toe. I am so so disappointed right now. I paid £40 and this is what I got? Even more pain in my leg n arm. You should not hire every other girl who doesn't even know proper massage technique. She didn't know any technique at all. Just tortured me with her hard fingers. I am not happy with the service at all. I paid for full body and she just did my back arms and legs that's it. Never want to come back ever to that lady. But my mum's was fine. If you are charging £40 then you should give best service because I am not getting it for free i paid £40. That girl should not be a masseuse. Worst massage centre ever!!! don't waste your money guys

I ended up here as the place I had planned to go to was shut, even though they had told me they were open. I was able to get an appointment at short notice. I made my way there, it is very easy to find. I paid for the massage on entry, this is what I have come to expect from most places so this was not a problem. I was shown to the room and left to get ready. The room was plenty warm enough, which was a relief as it was cold outside. As others have mentioned there are no face holes which is a shame as I find this more confortable but the pillow was not very deep as so I managed to find a comfortable possition. The massage was OK, the lady checked a few times if the pressure was OK. It was a very relaxing massage and not like the traditional Thai massage I have had elsewhere, this is not being critical just an observation. I was offered a shower after the massage but sadly no water to drink. I may consider another visit, time will tell.

Had the worst massage! The therapist was on her phone throughout calling and texting. She was texting with one hand whilst attempting to massage me with the other. I told her where my pain was but she took no notice. I wouldn’t even call it a massage. When I complained, nothing was done about it. Save your money and time and do not book here.

waste of money, I paid for an hour of massage and I had only 40 minutes from 14.15 to 14.55 the masseuse didn't even ask if I had any pain and why I came for a massage, when I asked if she could massage my neck because it hurts terribly, she said that she massages step by step and will will do, she massaged a little at the very end when I was already lying on my back. I still have pain in my neck, I definitely do not recommend!!!

I went in with my mother for a hour massage. Our masseuse that day were Bi and Pam who wonderful. We had great conversation and they were very attentive to our needs (previous day was spent walking around the Yorkshire Dales). Would definitely go back and reasonably priced too.

Finished now 1 hour long massage with my partner, the service was outstanding, the atmosphere absolutely relaxing and comfy, the staff is greatly trained to press the right spots of your body, useless to say that there was no pain at all, just relax and wellness. Surely I'll come again. Highly recommended!

Note: I haven’t attended this is a review of a phone call with them. Just called them for quick phone discussion, got the advice I needed to decide not to book because am looking for post injury massage also asked outright and she said categorically “only massage” so if you’re concerned by the review saying otherwise give a ring and discuss first. She knew what I meant straight away and absolutely categorically shut it down professionally and politely. Seem pretty good to me, gave me advice that would mean I didn’t book in as told me it’s not suitable for post injury so can’t say fairer than that

Went for the first time today. Premises were clean and had a relaxing feel as soon as you enter Staff were very freindly, welcoming and professional. The lady that massaged was lovely. She ensured I was comfortable and enjoying my massage. I would recommend this place to others to try and am looking forward to my next visit.
