Went for sports massage with Bilal as I had lower back pain and he found the main issue was actually a tight mid and upper back that I never noticed until he started fixing it and suddenly it was obvious that was the problem all along. Really educational experience, I feel way better after one session and will definitely be going back again.

Really recommend a deep tissue massage with Fiona. My back and neck feel so much better already and it was my first visit! She was so welcoming and took the time to explain the root cause of the pain. She’s very professional and I had a great treatment, thank you!

I went to see Fiona with a multitude of problems and I must say she’s the most thorough physiotherapist I’ve ever been to. The first consultation was extremely in-depth and she managed to spot issues others had missed. We are working through them at my own pace and the difference so far has been incredible. So glad I found her!

Fiona was excellent - quickly and confidently diagnosed my complaint and identified the underlying causes of the symptoms. Incredibly knowledgeable and her own sports experience and work with high level players means she’s able to give brilliant advice in addition to treatment and exercise recommendations.

Fiona was incredible. I had a back pain(middle near the traps) which for months no GP was able to daignose or care to understand what the root is but in a few minutes with Fiona I was able to know the root cause of my pain. In one session with her we were able to do exercises to help my back pain and fix my posture and since then my back pain has been gone. Thanks!

I had a shoulder issue that gave me problems when bench pressing and even day to day life occasionally. Fiona was great because she asked detailed questions and focussed on understanding what was causing the pain, especially with it being not constant. After two sessions and working on the exercises assigned to me, my chest was a lot less tight and my long term had improved. I would definitely recommend Birmingham Sports Massage, especially where your injury is sports related!

Fiona was very friendly, she obviously knew her anatomy and I felt much better after my sports massage. She even gave me some physiotherapy advice to help with my posture. Would recommend to family and friends

What an outstanding experience. I approached Fiona as I had some imbalance and instability in my lower legs that was preventing me from training as I wanted. Following a careful examination Fiona identified some issues with my feet and worked on correcting and adjusting them. After just two sessions my legs felt totally different and I added thirty kilos to my squat! This increase came from the stability in my lower body caused by the treatments. Fiona also gave me exercises to do to improve my shoulders and diaphragm movement. An all round excellent service, I could not recommend enough. Fiona is thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Fiona was recommended to me around 5 years ago due to persistent lower back issues. Having had numerous physios/sports therapists I was expecting just a ‘sports massage’ but she looked into the biomechanics of my issue rather than just a quick fix and she pretty much sorted years of pain within weeks! Her knowledge, professionalism and care is outstanding and I’ve been seeing her ever since for maintenance and curative therapy. Recently I broke my leg and without a doubt my recovery wouldn’t have been so smooth without her. I highly recommend.

I've been seeing Fiona recently for what started out with a shoulder issue, after completing a body assessment I couldn't believe that my issues where most likely coming from my posture/feet! wow, after the 1st session I already felt a difference and am continuing to work with Fiona who is extremely thorough for better movement, highly recommend her injury assessment 10/10
