Initial phone call was a little odd with no direction.. however it was followed up by another call by an administrator who was more factual, professional, caring- pointing me in the right direction. He listened to my concerns, went out of his way to match me to someone who had skillset in my relationship goals, and im very pleased to start the process with my husband at this center.
