I am not one to leave negative reviews but I am becoming quickly frustrated. I had a scheduled appointment with my established provider to which she did not show up. I sat on the Zoom call for 20 minutes, called the office, they said my provider was running late, and I sat on the call for an additional 25 before giving up. I was told the patient care coordinator would reach out to me and she did not. An hour later, I call again to try to establish an appointment as I will be leaving town soon and need a new prescription based on a diagnosis made earlier this week. I was told again the patient care coordinator would call me promptly. I heard nothing. I called a third time a few hours later and was told again she would reach out and they would emphasize the urgency. I showed up for my set appointment with my established provider and have been given no answers or solution. But don't worry, I was told I won't be charged for a no-show fee despite my provider being the one who did not show up or communicate with me at all. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication with this group and would not recommend based on this experience.

The office lied to my fiancee and I about whether or not our services would be covered by insurance, and we had to pay out of pocket. AFTER already charging our card, the billing department called me to say that there was an issue with the insurance. We loved our counselor, Towanta Barrett, however we will not be continuing with her services because the rest of the office is incredibly unprofessional and outright dishonest.

My experience was very disappointing. I was told the service was in-network and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. Despite this, my credit card was charged without clear prior explanation or authorization. The billing process was not transparent at all. The appointment itself was also unprofessional. The therapist was late and dropped the call three separate times, which disrupted the session and made it feel rushed and disorganized. Overall, I felt misled about both billing and service quality. If you book here, make sure you get billing details in writing and confirm exactly what your insurance covers before your appointment.

Billing is outrageous. They refuse to schedule me unless I put a credit card on file. They never sent me any statements & charged my credit card thousands of dollars with out notice or receipts. This is illegal. When I called to get a refund, I heard people laughing in the background & hung up on me. I called multiple times to speak with a manager & was told they don’t have a manager & hung up on me again. Poor customer service & this place is a scam. My psychiatrist refused to refill my Adderall. I was pushed around to reschedule with other doctors, but then those appointments were canceled and rescheduled many times. I will be reporting this to my bank & insurance company as fraud. Don’t do business here. This place will take your money & run.

Shelby continues to guide me thru my weight loss journey. She is very easy to talk to and her suggestions have helped me stay on track.

The therapist I was seeing failed to show up to our scheduled virtual session and yet I was charged a no show fee. I spoke to the customer care coordinator and she said that she would have someone in billing call me. They never did, so I had the charge refunded by my credit card company but Washington Nutrition put the charge through again. Again I called the office and was told that someone in billing would call me back and they never did. I'm too busy to keep dealing with this nonsense so I guess they just stole money from me. The therapist I saw was mediocre anyway so I was going to move on regardless, but now I'd highly recommend avoiding this practice.

The clinician I work with is on leave & I agreed to be scheduled with someone else in her absence. I didn’t realize the appointment was conflicting with my schedule until the day of the appointment. When I called the office I was promptly told it would be $150 fee for not canceling 24hrs in advance. I’m a little shocked by this but more shocked by the price. I make arrangements to my work schedule & would you believe the clinician didn’t show! I receive a call from the office saying the clinician had an emergency & could I reschedule! I made the receptionist aware that I understand that life happens but when I asked for grace earlier that morning none was extended to me & now I’m expected to extend grace. Does she get a $150 fee for not canceling 24 hrs in advance? Or is that just the client that is met with such a steep fee with the expectation we are understanding if a clinician needs to cancel. I benefit tremendously from the clinician that I see, but I don’t know that I can support a practice with this billing practice! Especially, if I’m supposed to be ok if the clinician has to cancel.

Washington Nutrition and Counseling Group exceeded my expectations in regards to professionalism and caring for their patients. Dr. Campagnone came highly recommended and I was pleased with our recent session.

Total scam and the most absurd psychiatric appointment I've ever had. It totaled 9 minutes. Dr. Campagnone refused to refill my prescription or assess me and told me the partial hospitalization program I was with is lazy, gaslighting me, "don't know who they're dealing with," and can refill my prescription themselves. I didn't understand what she meant, so I asked if I could put someone from the PHP on the phone with her. She said no and provided no elaboration. Then, I asked if I would still be expected to pay for my appointment after being refused medication and assessments, and she said, "Yes, and you deserve to pay. I gave you valuable information." I started to ask if she could include in my medical notes that she was refusing to refill my prescription, but she interrupted me and said, "I have other clients to get to." Then, she abruptly hung up. Again, this was 9 minutes into what was supposed to be a 30-minute appointment. Two months after this entire debacle, the billing department charged me $400 for a "psychiatric assessment", which, as I stated above, Dr. Campagnone explicitly refused to conduct. This was after I uploaded all my insurance information and was told that my insurance was approved. Unbeknownst to me, it wasn't. They moved me to self-pay without my knowledge. When I called the billing department, they told me it's my responsibility to verify insurance and "not their problem" that the provider refused service.
