The therapist is outstanding! She understood my needs and I felt very comfortable with her! Great bedside manners
This provider is an organizational mess. I was looking for EDMR services and booked through ZocDoc. The therapist I selected did not do EDMR, I got a call and was told that. I asked to cancel and asked if they could reach out if a provider became available. I said yes. So far so good. Then a few days later I get a text message letting me know a provider has become available. The text mentioned a booking link however that was no booking link. Mistakes happen, they then said the booking link and I go ahead and book. After booking, I get a follow up text stating that they cannot provide me care because I have a secondary provider that is Medicaid. I shared that, I do not have Medicaid nor would I be eligible so wouldn’t even be using it for the session. I was then asked to provide proof of termination of Medicaid and truly can’t provide because I don’t have coverage. There was no effort to figure it only to funnel me to their partner who does accept Medicaid but again I don’t have Medicaid. To add salt to injury, I had to speak to 3 different individuals on one text thread creating even more confusion. I understand that these things happen but they reached out to me. Posting text thread for transparency
Five stars for Dr Kate Price.
This is my first time seeking mental health help, and my experience has been wonderful. Hanannatu, Bunmi, and Dr. Scott have all gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and that my care is always aligned with my goals every step of the way. I truly feel supported and confident in my journey here—I’m locked in!
Don’t waste your time! Zero stars. Super unprofessional. They made me go through two separate intake processes: online *and* on the phone. Then they cancelled both my appointments (initial one and rescheduled one) two days before via voicemail, even though I continued to receive texts and emails asking me to confirm each appointment. What a mess - not what anyone needs from a mental health provider.
I really appreciated the care I received from Dr. Fajuyigbe. She spent a lot of time with me to ensure I was heard, and thoughtfully prescribed medication that helped fix the problems I was having without going overboard.
Amazing care from Dr. Scott
if i could give this place zero stars, i would. they only have my a partial refund after the worst physiatrist appointment ive ever had. it was supposed to be an evaluation and instead the doctor started off by asking"how is the medication going" i wasn't on anything. he then proceeded to say this was a followup. i corrected him and said this was an evaluation. he told me to see a gynecologist instead. i was promised an evaluation and that was not what i received. he also wore a hoodie not even a doctors uniform. DO NOT GO HERE.
This place is incredibly unprofessional. They have no respect for others' time. Keep canceling appointments that I've made weeks out and they cancel on the morning of the appointment. Stay away.
