Easily accessible from the train station! Directions to access the property were crystal clear. The place was clean and organized. Cynthia was also very understanding to a scheduling conflict on my behalf, and worked with me. Genuinely appreciate her.
I went to Thrive Frameworks to do the Deep Reset (Reiki & Myofascial release). I have been looking for a place to do Reiki since I moved to DC and I am so glad I found this place! Cynthia was amazing, warm and so welcoming and I left feeling reset and relaxed. The studio has such a positive energy and the session was one of the best I have experienced! I am looking forward to returning for another session and attending the yoga too. I highly recommend Thrive Frameworks if you are looking for a wonderful reiki experience!
I took a personal yoga class with Cynthia and it was really helpful in furthering my practice. She was really helpful in explaining poses and offering assists. I would highly recommend taking a class with her!
This studio offers a refreshing balance between physical practice and spiritual connection. The studio space is small but welcoming and intentional, making it easy to focus inward while still building strength and flexibility. I left the practice feeling both energized and grounded!
Cynthia is an amazing instructor!!!! She really took the time to assist with deepening postures and going through the flow correctly! Must take her class!!!
Cynthia cares for her clients and is attentive to their needs. She is very nurturing and supportive - she truly loves what she does and she makes yoga fun. I've purchased her oil blends and love love ❤️ love them!
Enjoyed this workshop so much!! The intentionality behind the content and the beautiful assisted stretching in the end was magical. The space is gorgeous and full of great energy. Highly recommend
Cynthia is amazing! She’s always very attentive and very personable! Please go check her out!
I attended the Valentine’s Day somatic workshop and had such a beautiful experience. The space itself is warm, welcoming, and incredibly cozy. It feels like a true retreat from the usual big studio chains around DC. The workshop blended movement, somatic practices, and mindfulness in a really thoughtful way. Cynthia is so knowledgeable and creates an environment that feels both grounding and supportive. I left feeling more connected to my body and genuinely relaxed. If you’re looking for a wellness space that feels intimate, intentional, and restorative, this studio is such a special little respite.
I love this new studio. Instructor Cynthia is kind and attentive and gives great personal attention.
