This practice truly helped me through some tough times. Everyone from the scheduler to my therapist has been kind, patient, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about people. Excellent customer service and such a well-run practice. Highly recommend!
When I am looking for the best place to refer anyone who is looking for psychotherapy I go directly to Therapeutic Links. Florian and her team are amazing, empathic and highly skilled clinicians. I trust anyone on this team.
The ambiance of the office is very soothing and the therapist assigned to me has been patient and providing coping strategies that I’ve implemented successfully.
It was a pleasure speaking with Bria. She was such a huge help with scheduling my appointments and helping me with the insurance process. She was extremely patient with me and made the overall experience much smoother for me to start therapy with TL.
I can't say enough positive things about my experience with TLinks. From the moment I reached out, I felt genuinely cared for and understood. The therapists are incredibly skilled, compassionate, and supportive. They created a safe space where I could explore my thoughts and feelings without judgment. Their tailored approach to therapy helped me gain valuable insights and develop effective coping strategies. I've made significant progress thanks to their guidance and expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend TLinks to anyone seeking professional and compassionate mental health support.
I have been receiving therapy with Erin and she is amazing! Highly recommend her.
I have been a happy client here for over a year and I truly wont see myself going anywhere else! My therapist, Zyair has been of amazing help. Also, their front desk staff has always been so friendly and reliable. I can tell this office really cares for their clients.
My therapist has really helped me overcome my anxiety, I am so grateful to have found Therapeutic Links and finally feel like myself again!
Therapeutic Links Behavioral Health Services provides compassionate, quality care. Ms. Florian Portis is dedicated to quality care of clients as well as staff.
The entire scheduling process with Therapeutic Links was frustrating. I was not sent the Telehealth information for 3 intake appointments. Yes, I had to schedule 3 intake appointments due to incorrect recording of my contact information, rescheduling, and lack of sending me dial in details. The administrative team also rescheduled me with a different therapist than the one I had requested without communicating that change to me. I found their communication and scheduling to be careless and inappropriate, if not harmful for a mental health clinic.
