I have had ESA animals for years and finding a legitimate and trustworthy website seems to be hard to come by. Using this website was so simple with no hoops to jump through. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! They are criminals providing documents that are not valid. I paid extra to obtain physical documents so I could have my support snake with me when I need him most. When I took him to court the judge decided that all the information that therapetic provided me with was non acreditted. They have no legal standing anywhere and their “ international registry “ does not exist. Since providing these documents to the court I have been stripped of my rights to have ANY service or support animal accompany me when I need them. I contacted support asking how they were going to fix it or if I was going to have to involve lawyers and to my surprise they said “ it’s against our terms and conditions for you to threaten legal action “ and they not only removed my profile ( after paying almost 400$ ) for this service. But they removed all traces they had of me or my esa from their registration. Luckily. I was smart enough to screenshot every email. Every receipt, every payment, and every step of the way. I have the federal endorsement in my hand right now that states therapetic , is a scam. As an update to this considering the scammers have replied. The documents they gave me CERTIFIED MY ALBINO BALL PYTHON AS AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. meaning. My snake was registered through your company on a registry that doesn’t exist, and you are not on any Ontario registry to provide any king of medical documents stating the need for a service animal. Which you did. The documents you took my money to create were fraudulent. And if need be I have no problems posting all the documents, all the receipts, all the emails, and all the proof the federal court has stating you are providing fraudulent documents.

Great service, quick, easy and professional. I travelled with my esa dog in many countries and they help me with everything I needed.

We were sceptical as Canadians using US docs, but it worked for us booking a US airline (American Airlines). I feel the airline doesn't care, they just want a piece of paper. Our dog is 4lbs and well behaved (no bark for 12 hrs worth of flights), so we didn't ruin this secret for others ;) The airlines approved it within 1 hr of sending out our docs (they called to follow up almost immediately after booking, but approval came by email an hour or so after submitting the docs). The TheraPetic rep was very nice and helpful over the phone. ~best of luck!
