I was contracted by Schuyler Cunningham to work on an administrative design project. Schuyler was knowledgeable, kind and very thorough with his needs from me. His clear instruction made a simple project even easier. It was a great experience and I’d work with Schuyler again in the future.
Schuyler and his team are great. Their psychological assessments are thorough and using neurofeedback, they help improve overall wellbeing for many kinds of folks. Grateful to know them.
The director of DCNE, Schuyler, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to talk to. After speaking with him, my understanding of ADHD and neurofeedback has significantly broadened. They even offer a FREE consultation, what a wonderful gift to the DC community! It's hard to believe a complimentary service has received a low rating review! If you're seeking expert therapy, ADHD support, or neurofeedback guidance, I wholeheartedly recommend DCNE. You will walk away a much happier person!
I visited this clinic three weeks ago, and my overall experience was incredibly positive and welcoming. Schuyler’s compassion and concern was better than anything I have received in any other medical setting. He has such an in-depth understanding of the challenges I was going through, that he was able to comfort me in a very meaningful way. It's rare to find a practice so dedicated to making their patients feel heard and valued.
Mr. Cunningham gave generously of his time to educate a friend of mine in need about her options and resources she wasn't aware she could pursue. Life-changing, compassionate, wonderful man and organization. I would trust him with anything.
After looking for a mental health provider I could trust to care for a family member for almost a year, I found Schuyler Cunningham's practice and thank God for that. They are professional, courteous, kind, encouraging, mindful, and I know my loved one is in good hands.
Scheduled a phone consult. Created a portal account. Followed all directions. No one called. I emailed and let them know no one called and asked for more information. They eventually emailed me back scheduling me for another phone consult. Received a confirmation through the portal. Again, no one called. This place seems super shady and completely unreliable. I wouldn’t pay them a dime.
My consult with SamJo was amazing, she took almost a half an hour extra with me just so I could vent and somehow was able to capture everything in a way that made sense. I was highly impressed with her knowledge and suggestions. It was clear to me she just wanted the best for me and to help me which is all I have ever asked for from anyone. I haven't officially started services with the clinic yet, but I have a good feeling and am truly excited to move forward. For the first time I feel like I may have finally found a group would can help me grow and move forward in life. I can't express how impressed I am so far. Ease and swiftness of scheduling, SamJo's communication with me and decisiveness of which direction to move forward in. More to come, will update after me next appointment.
Thought they would be a good option given the mostly positive reviews. They responded quickly for a quick screening. had to contact them to get the forms sent to me via their portal. Never heard back since and signed back into the portal just to find out my account was deactivated. Poor communication. Not worth the effort given the plethora of other options in the DC area.
I have been fortunate to work with Mr. Cunningham, and I especially appreciate his expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma treatment. He is a skilled, compassionate clinician who understands the importance of human connection in the healing process. Mr. Cunningham is energetic, wise, diligent, and committed to ethical practices. I highly recommend him and his team for anyone seeking a strengths-based approach to recovery and wellness.
