Wonderful collection of warm, empathic clinicians! I've always felt comfortable consulting and referring clients to this practice.
I had a phone consult and was very open with what I needed. Following this I was directed to Michelle, since she supposedly specialized in what I needed to work on. $200 later (out of pocket) I was told that I couldn't actually be helped here. Michelle cited addiction which is absurd since I don't do drugs of any type and drink maybe five times a year. When I told her that being a social drinker was far from an addiction, she backed up from that and the issue became that she couldn't work with the very issues I have that she's supposedly a specialist in. The office did reach out to me with info on where to go next, but there's no reason they couldn't have done that after the phone consult. Also note that Lisa, one of the Co-Owners, was given incorrect info regarding supposed substance abuse from Michelle and reached out (on my behalf) to a therapist for a referral using this incorrect info as well. I would give negative stars if I could.
