I have had the privilege of working with The Perfect Therapy Group since its inception, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of care they provide. Each clinician, as well as the practice as a whole, offers comprehensive, individualized, and evidence-based psychotherapy for both individual and group therapy. They are a pleasure to collaborate with—consistently timely in their responses, deeply caring toward every client and clinician who walks through their door, and unwavering in their commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. It’s clear that client well-being is at the heart of everything they do.
I couldn't recommend this practice more! It is my go-to option for any clients that my practice cannot support. I have known Vicki for many years, first as her mentor and then as her colleague, and I have always been impressed by her professionalism, clinical skill, and compassion. I know she has a strong team and I trust her implicitly.
As a colleague in the mental health field, I’ve been consistently impressed by the team at Perfect Therapy Group. They bring a wonderful balance of clinical expertise and genuine care to their work, which is not always easy to find. Their therapists are thoughtful, skilled, and clearly dedicated to helping clients feel understood and supported. It’s also evident that they value strong relationships, both with clients and within the professional community. I highly recommend Perfect Therapy Group to anyone looking for quality, compassionate therapy.
All of my interactions with The Perfect Therapy Group have been positive and professional. They are collaborative, inclusive and most importantly, the clients I have referred here had great experiences! I would not hesistate to recommend anyone to this practice.
I recently worked with Vicki and had a great experience. She listened and challenged me when I needed it, and I liked that she was personable, professional, and knowledgeable in the areas I was looking for.
I have known Dr. Anagnostopoulos as a colleague since 2015 and she provides high-quality therapy for people struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, relationship issues, etc. She also uniquely works with athletes and those from bicultural backgrounds. She is skilled at helping clients figure out “the real issues” and does so with compassion and insight. I have (and will continue to) recommend her practice for high-performing individuals wanting care that surpasses baseline expectations.
