Communication efforts from the "administration" and the owner, Heather Cain, could use a lot of work. Mental health care services should be ran as such and not like a brunch reservation or a bottle section at a club. The company sent notifications one month prior asking clients to send a copy of their ID and insurance card or else their appointments would be cancelled. That information is typically not needed when your information has not changed. When the arbitrary due date came, the company cancelled appointments for not providing the requested information by 5:00 p.m. on the day before. Strange. No one will answer the business google-number and claim that the best way to reach anyone is through email, despite the fact that they will ignore your email repeatedly. It took three weeks to get a hold of anyone because the owner was on vacation. Briana Mack is an excellent therapist and I hope she finds a better place to provide services to those in need.
They do it all and with expertise and professionalism. From accounting to therapy services, I have been pleased with virtual sessions. Young adult services and couples therapy with Shrink Me Not team have saved our lives. Therapists include diverse men and women of color, including Black professionals, which is hard to find. LGBTQ friendly and expert as well!
