Sara is incredible - she creates such a warm and welcoming environment and gently guides you to unlock realizations you never knew needed to be uncovered. The growth I have experienced with Sara has truly been life changing, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Sara is a phenomenal coach and an amazing person to have in your corner! Over the years I have referred many of my therapy clients to her for Career Coaching and Couples Coaching, including some couples who had tried a lot of other therapists and coaches before Sara and were dealing with complex issues regarding trust and commitment. They all rave about her and have benefited tremendously from the work they did with her. She really helped them turn things around and rebuild trust and commitment. Sara is very skilled at incorporating the Gottman method with her couples, using the science behind successful relationships in her work and has infact inspired me to get more training in that too! She is compassionate, supportive and curious with her clients and I love that she says it like she sees it. That kind of genuine curiosity and compassionate truth telling is so critical for impactful change. It’s a skill that is so unique to her and I think it’s really her super power!
Sara is an incredible life coach. She was the first person to help me clarify my values, and see myself with grace & love. Ever since working with Sara, my life has changed dramatically. Look no further.
I have nothing but absolute love and praise for Sara as a human and also as a coach. I started working with Sara almost 5 years ago now and it has been one of the best decisions I ever have made. She has helped me work through various challenges (both past and present) and I love that every session ends with outlining action items that I can take to improve/change outcomes in the future. On top of her incredible ability as a coach, she is such a warm, welcoming, funny, kind, and generous person -- I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!
I had my first coaching session with Sara over 15 years ago. Still to this day it is still one of the best coaching sessions I’ve ever had! In my first session with Sara I went from being too scared to take a voice lesson to leaving with a commitment to sign up for voice lessons that week, which I did! Learning to sing, led me to want to play guitar (to accompany myself). I had so much fewer obstacles in my way from the work I did with Sara that I quickly could transfer them to learning guitar. Fast forward 10 years later playing, singing and performing have become an inspiring and essential part of my personal and social life. I think of playing music as a part of myself that I never would have found if I never had that initial coaching session with Sara. As a coach, and a therapist myself, I can tell you that Sara is one of the best coaches that I know and recommend!
I cannot possibly say enough good things about Sara! She has changed the way I see myself, my relationships, and life in such a positive way. She has taught me incredible tools that I have been able to easily implement into my life and will forever. She is beyond knowledgeable and applies her research-based knowledge to every situation I bring to her. She is a kind and funny human who I look forward to talking to every week. She has helped me with everything under the sun and I could not recommend her more!
Sara is a life (well, a relationship) saver. Sara helped my wife (of 36 years) and I work through some past trauma and very difficult issues. We are recommitted to our relationship and looking forward to many happier years together in the future. I have not hesitated to recommend her to friends and family, young and not-so young seeking to work on relationship issues. I really cannot say enough positive things about her.
I have not encountered a human being more kind, insightful or intentional. Sara has been an absolute gift to me personally as well as to my marriage. She is a bright light in the midst of the confusing, painful parts of life. She has helped my husband and I time and time again when we have struggled to communicate, heal wounds, or align our priorities. Our sessions with Sara always leave us with so much more to talk about and learn from each other - the value does not stop when the session ends. We would not be the couple we are without Sara’s support, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking to strengthen their bond and have a happier, more intentional relationship. She will work wonders for you.
Sara is an absolute gem, and an amazing life coach. She is the best at what she does. I started seeing Sara for help with my career development, but the coaching that she has provided has ended up improving almost every aspect of my life. Sara is kind, caring and a wonderful human being. She makes you feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. She’s also extremely motivating, and a fantastic listener. Her coaching fosters productivity, and she promotes introspection that’s truly life changing. Sara will provide you with real, practical tools and strategies that you can use to make the improvements in your life that you’re aspiring to make. If you need a life coach, look no further. After just 10 minutes of your first appointment you’ll clearly see the value that she can bring to your life.
