I've had the pleasure of working with Carolyn since 2024. She is incredibly professional, warm, and dedicated to creating a welcoming, serene space for everyone who visits. She is a wonderful asset to our local business community, and her dedication to her practice is evident in everything she does. Highly recommend!
I need to shout this practice from the rooftops! Jenna is a PHENOMENAL therapist and wonderful partner in mental health. Working with her has completely changed my life. She has a wealth of knowledge that she weaves into sessions with a beautiful combination of levity (when needed) and seriousness. She treats every ounce of vulnerability with respect and kindness. This practice is the real deal, and if you are on the fence, I hope you give it a try.
The encouragement and support as therapist is amazing and truly cherished.
Highly recommend this practice and all the great work they do for the community! Amy is a wonderful therapist to work with.
I really enjoyed the mindful moment because it allowed me to be still and one with self. Taking a moment for myself is self care and I need to do more. This session was relaxing and calmed my nerves. I will definitely join another session ASAP!
Great experience! Very relaxing .... looking forward to the next event
