You may be randomly billed for more than $300 one month after you’ve ended service with them. They keep your card on file “temporarily” even after service is no longer being provided.

Has a chilly and almost militaristic disposition, an unconventional trait for a counselor. Insistently prodded me to share more about my traumas, despite my unease, as it's difficult for me to confide in someone who doesn't exude patience and kindness. Not to mention, vulnerability comes with building up trust over time, something she has not earned. She seems to think the only valid communication style is to sound like a Taylor Swift song from the start, no respect or validation for differing needs or styles (subtle vs direct, high-context vs low-context, internal vs verbal processing, etc.) or levels of comfort. Ironically, the prodding underscores a disregard for boundaries on her part.

No personal experience with onyx therapy group I came across this review when I looked her up after seeing her speak on a TV show of current affairs with homelessness mental illness and the need for therapy beginning with are schools and young children. She is mesmerizing and has a way with speaking that captivated me as her knowledge on the this subject of therapy it's amazing. Thank you for explaining it all so simply.

Being a DC native I came to find out that Dr. plumber is involved in a discrimination case at Johns Hopkins. What I read was sad. I was going to come for therapy, but I am worried about my care if went there. I will be looking elsewhere for therapy.

Lacks the empathy, sensitivity, and warmth you'd expect from therapists, even just look at the response to the other bad review 😬 Even ChatGPT does a better job on those fronts

Dr. Plummer and her therapists are pure magic. She worked with children, families, and educators at our school, and transformed the experiences of many of our children. More than anyone else I've ever worked with, she has an uncanny ability to observe children, see what is going on with them holistically, share that information in a manner that educators and families can understand, and set adults up to work as a team to serve the needs of each child. I would give ten stars if I could.
