I participated in the Coaching Foundations Course with Michell Stanley and would highly recommend it! I enjoyed learning coaching skills that I could incorporate into my work as a therapist right right away. I appreciated that the class structure was experiential and collaborative. There were many chances to practice coaching skills with classmates, and to receive feedback along the way in order to learn and improve!
If you are looking for an amazing professional, you have found her! I highly recommend Michell & Moksha Living. I provide this recommendation as the Owner & Executive Director of a group practice, a seasoned Psychotherapist, a Clinical Supervisor, and a Coach myself. Michell is superb. In consulting with her, I know that if I have a psychotherapy or coaching client, I can trust her and her team. Her breadth of knowledge, her personality, and her excitement for the work are a few of the many reasons I trust her and her organization. Michell, Thank you for all the ways you have helped me in my own growth and development!
I can't recommend Moksha Living enough! I have received so many services over the years from this comprehensive therapy group. The therapists provide excellent support services offering many different modalities. Additionally, for anyone interested in coaching, their Coaching School is excellent. Michell does an amazing job of teaching the foundations of coaching. This is an excellent, additional skill to have for mental health therapists looking to add to their practice.
Very impactful, sweet & kind staff! β¨π
The administration and business practices of this practice are absolutely horrible. I received services in 2021 yet was not sent an invoice until 18 months later. I do not advise receiving services here unless you want to deal with untimely billing, dreadful organization skills, and lazy resolutions.
Moksha living is an amazing practice. Michell brings a unique, holistic, spiritual, yet no-BS approach to her work. In one of my most life changing coaching conversations with Michell I shared with her that I value predictability, security, and certainty. She looked at me with curiosity and care and said matter-of-factly βThatβs so interesting because none of your decisions reflect that.β I was stunned! But I was also thrilled. Michellβs loving yet objective observation let me see that I was already living in alignment with my core values almost despite myself. From that point forward I claimed myself as a courageous person who follows her dreams and deepest desires even when it means sacrificing certainty and security. Michell, thank you for gifting me myself! & As a life coach myself I highly recommend the amazing Moksha team to anyone in search of therapy or coaching!
I can't speak more highly of Michell and Moksha Living. The holistic and integrative approach of the practitioners there is unparalleled. Deep healing is possible at Moksha Living in a way that I haven't seen or experienced with traditional talk therapists or life coaches. The group and individual offerings are not ones that should be missed.
I cannot recommend Michell and Moksha Living enough. My work with Michell was truly life-changing. Michell's approach is a unique combination of coaching and therapy, which helped me feel heard and understood, while also holding me accountable and giving me tools to work through a particularly challenging life event. Michell demonstrated the perfect amount of care and accountability, and balanced intellectual and emotional introspection. I truly feel like a better person after my work with her. I've tried a not-insignificant number of therapists in my life and Michell is above and beyond the best therapist I have ever worked with.
