Tarika has done wonders for me. I am a busy hairdresser. My posture and feet are always sore. Since I started to see her on monthly basis, I noticed a huge difference in over all stiffness and posture improvement. I can strech better, sleep better. Just overall makes a difference.
I have been seeing Tarika for over a year, and choosing her was one of the best decisions I made. I initially went to her for treatment of my frozen shoulder, which was extremely painful. With her consistent care and expertise, my shoulder is now in much better shape. She truly made a difference. Tarika is highly skilled, attentive, and always takes the time to listen. She provides thoughtful advice and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. It is clear that she knows exactly what she is doing. I highly recommend her. I have referred friends and family members to her, and they have all had very positive experiences and continue to see her. The entire office is professional, welcoming, and very clean.
Had a wonderful experience today at Massosport. The massage was so helpful! I’m feeling so much better!!!!! Monecia is amazing. So skilled and kind and respectful. Thanks to all!!!!
I had the distinct pleasure to meet with Monecia. We had quiet, yet raw conversations about health & wellness. Her customer service is top tier and would recommend anyone who is looking for a TMJ [buccal massage]. She also did massage some other trouble areas of my back and did some deep hip reflexor stretching. Black owned with beautiful esthetics for anyone who wants the best of the best for themselves. Highly recommend!!!
I had a great massage with Tarika. She had very good energy and the space felt calming. The massage itself was incredible and therapeutic - really working out and resolving pain. She is super knowledgeable and gave me some good tips and exercises to manage tension. The location is great too! Thank you!!
Massosport is excellent!!! I was referred for medical massage and they are one of the few places that specialize is this technique. The owner, Tarika, is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. They have been essential to my wellness routine and I recommend them without reservation.
Tarika is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She is super professional and intuitive with her work. I’ve had massages with most of the other therapists in her office, and they are all good too.
Working with Tarika has been transformative. I met her when I was dealing with a chronic pain issue that was hard to diagnose, and she did more than anyone to help me understand how I could reduce my pain and live more comfortably. I'd recommend her and her team to anyone. I'm so grateful for Massosport!
Tarika is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I weightlift - including deadlifting - so I’m often sore (I’m also middle aged, so soreness comes with the territory :)). I’ve been coming to her for years and she always resolves any issue that pops up. For instance I had pain in my hip flexor for over a year. In 3-4 sessions - granted, they were intense - she got it back to normal. I recommend her to all of my friends that complain of acute soreness. I’ve done physical therapy a couple of times for certain issues, and I’d even recommend coming to her before trying physical therapy.
Clients who need their appointments to start exactly on time should be aware that even confirmed bookings may be subject to same-day start-time adjustments initiated by the business. On Jan 1st, I booked and received confirmation for my Jan 16th 2:00pm appointment. I was excited to try a new spa; however, on the day of the appointment, the spa contacted me requesting a later start time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to accommodate the change on short notice. Because the schedule change originated with the spa, I chose to cancel rather than feel rushed or stressed. While communication was polite, the experience was disappointing given that the appointment had already been confirmed. This may not be an issue for clients with flexible schedules, but for those who book based on strict timing, it’s something to keep in mind.
