I have known Keith for over seven years; he is an exceptionally seasoned, caring, and compassionate therapist. He and his team of experienced clinicians are always at the top of my list when I need to refer patients.
Keith Miller Counseling is a wonderful and diverse group of passionate and well trained healers who really know what they are doing. It’s great to know there is a well established and highly skilled team available in my community.
A wonderful group of counselors to work with. I couldnt be more pleased.
Compassionate and professional in providing customized treatment and care.
I have referred clients to Keith and he has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend his services.
I have known and been referring clients to Keith Miller and his associates for over a decade. As a trauma therapist, I'm always looking for well respected therapists to whom I can safely refer. Keith's expertise in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) is well renowned. He and his associates are dedicated, extremely competent, and approach clients with warmth, humor, and compassion. I will be happily referring clients to him and his associates for years to come!
Keith is a prolific author and therapist who has years of experience under his belt. He truly cares about his clients and believes in what he does. His gentle soothing personality is a plus in helping individuals and couples feel calm, something that is so needed. He has carefully selected like-minded therapists that help support his mission! Always in service of others.
Extremely disappointing experience. I met with Samuel, one of the clinicians whom Keith felt would be a "great fit" based on our initial conversation. I found him to be very cold and dismissive, and not at all equipped to handle my needs. When I got in touch with Keith a few days later, he did apologize profusely and offered me a refund. I appreciated this gesture, but he also promised to find another therapist for me and then never got back in touch. I recommend finding one of the many other practices in DC. KMA is simply too unprofessional and careless to merit your time and money.
Disappointed that I called attempting to seek out counseling on two different occasions and was told both times that an associate would reach out to schedule my initial appointment. Unfortunately, I never heard back from anyone within the practice - even after a week later, still nothing.
