I highly recommend Jessica’s services if you need help taking action in your life for a problem and don’t want to go through hours of therapy to “self discover” how to do it! I contacted Jessica for guidance in developing an action plan for ending my relationship with my boyfriend who lived with me . I didn’t want to talk to anyone I knew for advice because I didn’t want to disappoint them if I didn’t do it immediately. Plus, they didn’t do this for a living! Jessica tells it like it is and let me know that right away. She was still warm and complimentary, and helped me to see that the con of dragging my feet was not being free to live my life AND the way he was treating me was wrong. I was just thinking about the incompatibilities and the increasing arguments. Jessica helped me to realize was that the nature and aftermath of the arguments we were having were not typical. If you made a mistake and apologized, but your partner lays on a guilt trip repeatedly, gives you the silent treatment, or insists you did not mean your apology and you intended to hurt them then this is emotional abuse. Whoa! I seriously did not realize that before! I presented her with several “what if” scenarios and Jessica helped me to come up with potential solutions for them. When the session was finished, I had what I wanted-a plan in place but just one problem… at the time, I was still worried about what would happen to HIM after we broke up so it took me awhile. This realization, in combination of repeating the mantra that I deserve to be free to live a happier life, kept propelling me. Jessica followed up to check in me, and this was also helpful- that’s what a true coach would do! I promised that I was going to follow through and would let her know when I did. That day finally came after another silent treatment “punishment,” and it felt so good to let her know that I I put the plan into action and it WORKED! Jessica was able to get me to actually relax and I felt like I was somewhere else and random visions of my past childhood started to come through as well as a spiritual presence of a loved one that passed on. When it was time to return to my body I felt like I needed to go back in my body because I did not feel like I was in it. Was something I’ve never experienced! Quite special! I initially requested Jessica’s service for career guidance, and she was able to identify - after one session - underlying needs to be worked through first.
