Barra is an amazing practitioner! She is wise, empathetic, and helps to push me in places where therapists have not before. This work has and continues to change my life! I have been a client since 2015 and in that time I have completed the Core 1 and 2 training and am now on to complete year 3 to add it to my therapist tool box. This work has changed my mind, body, and spirit and has changed the lives of those around me as well. My partner and I also do Core work together and it continues to help us grow in places we never thought possible. I owe Core Energetics and Barra so much for the success in so many parts of my life. Thank you!!
Literally has been life altering- more tradition talk therapy was not working , this brought me healing on another level and I couldn’t imagine my life without.
Before working with Barra I was struggling to find meaning, purpose, and belief in myself. I feel the work we have done together over the past year+ has really helped transform me as a person, and allowed me to come back to the core of who I really am. I have recommended this work to anyone who will listen, and have seen it firsthand help me and many people I care about find more peace and fulfillment in life.
Changed my life! I attended the intro workshop in January 2024 and realized this is the missing piece of my life puzzle. The warmth & openness of the staff, the amazing amount of things I've learned, the connections I've made ... I've signed up for the 4-year program and feel excited to see where this takes me!
