I wish I could give less; no one hear does their jobs. They just push their responsibilities onto someone else or a shady private "team" within their company. They also have a Manager for a Manager of this business, and once they were unable to give any answers, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then ended the call. absolutely ridiculous
Late background check replies
Terrible experience: broken links, asking same documents again and again, support requests over phone or email are never answered. Avoid this business at all cost
Terrible service for customers, i bet its worse for applicants
Just got off the phone with them. It took five attempts for them to confirm that they confirmed they need to call to verify information (yes you read that correctly). I was hung up on three times and muted/poorly acted like they had bad reception to drop the call (they didn’t). At this point I’m not sure they could verify that even their own work history let alone anyone else’s. Please go elsewhere as this level of unprofessionalism is unmatchable.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. First of all their website to upload documents is spotty, and when they tell you to send your W2's to another e-mail address, you will get called again to call someone else to have you send your W2's to another e-mail address. I am just waiting for them to defer me to another person at this point. Not very professional at all.
Very Very Bad Experience
They are not worth 1 star. Worst customer service. It takes forever for them to respond to your inquiries and never have a concrete answer. Stay away from this service!
Spent 2 hours playing phone tag trying to get results back, still cannot get any help. Spoke to 4 separate people and was either put back on hold or disconnected. Gave them a call back # each time and they never called. Been waiting for 2 weeks for them to even process the test. No clue what to do at this point...
Have only had terrible experiences with First Advantage. Their customer service team is unhelpful and untimely.
