Maha was great! Very thorough and thoughtful during my visit. Always leave these appointments feeling better and with helpful information on how to incorporate stretches into my daily life.
I saw Dr. M for treatment of my neck/shoulder area and immediately felt relief of discomfort and tension in the area with improvement continuing into the next day. Whether it was physical manipulation, dry needling, kinesiology taping, education, or tailored exercises to perform on my own, she was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and the type of caring provider you would refer to all of your friends and family! Very grateful to have found her for all of my aches and pains and to guide me into better health! Thank you!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Maha Whetsell regularly over the past six months. She has been for me a trusted and valuable source of support for treating my pelvic floor problems. Although it is difficult for me to list all the life-changing details that I have learned from her, three big merits of her approach stand out . First, she has shown me how to breathe, and how to direct my breathing to improve my posture. Second, she has helped me to acquire a better understanding of my movements, in order to avoid further damage to my pelvic floor. Third, she has given me confidence in my ability to resume a more active lifestyle, by gradually rebuilding strength. I appreciate and endorse Dr. Whetsell's professional, medical and relationship skills.
I had the pleasure of working with Maha Whetsell after my knee surgery (torn meniscus). Maha was amazing to work with. Maha was attentive, graceful and patient with me. She was clear with her instruction, gentle with guiding me through the exercises, and persistent about my success. I was not a fan of physical therapy, but Maha was able to help me heal my knee. As a result of Maha’s services, I did not need a second surgery. Overall, my experience with Maha was great. I have referred multiple clients, who loved her services.
