I don't typically post reviews online, but I had such a great experience with Leah at District Performance & Physio that I'm breaking my habit. I came to DPP with a compound muscle issue stemming from running--which I learned was from some combination of overuse and lack of strength training. Leah quickly diagnosed what was going on, and got me on the right track with a combination of strength training and gradual return to exercise. Within about 5 sessions I was back to normal, but on a more sustainable path that should prevent injury and help me reach my speed and distance goals more effectively. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to District Performance and Physio for months following a torn ACL. Could not be happier. My PT, Fatima, started seeing me a few days after my injury, and I’ve been coming back regularly both before and after surgery. She’s constantly evolving what we do to fit where I am in the process. The goal is not just to get you back to functionality, but to be able to do the things you like without limitation. The location makes it easy to fit into my workday.

I really can't say enough about my experience working with Fatima. After an unhealed soccer injury left me with a bone spur and arthritis in my ankle, I was feeling pretty down and discouraged, both physically and mentally. Fatima helped me to change all of that. From day one, she really listened to what I needed and checked in often to make sure I felt supported and heard. She tracked my progress carefully and always knew exactly when to push me a little harder and when to ease up. She struck that perfect balance of being patient and encouraging while still challenging me to keep getting stronger. I genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to my sessions even when I knew I'd be leaving sweaty and sore. She made the whole experience fun, which is not something I ever expected to say about physical therapy. Fatima didn't just help me heal physically, she also helped me feel like myself again. I'd recommend her to anyone, every time.

District Performance and Physio has helped me return to running after a hamstring injury, and has helped me navigate subsequent injuries to ensure I can keep running the way I love. I have felt very supported and heard in all my sessions with Leah and highly recommend her to any other runners who have suffered an injury or just want to stay strong and healthy! I feel like I've learned how to tune into my body and become a better athlete. Plus, who knew PT could also be a lot of fun??

Meredith is incredible. I’ve been working with her on and off for years for a mix of PT and performance. She’s great at providing a mix of education, treatment, and planning that have helped me achieve a number of goals while working through various injuries for strength and distance running. Highly recommend her at the risk of losing availability with her!

I chose physical therapy because of ongoing lower back pain and shoulder/neck discomfort, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. This is a highly professional clinic, and everyone on the team is kind, attentive, and responsible. Leah is an outstanding physical therapist. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and she brings genuine passion and care to her work with patients. Working with her has been a wonderful experience. She not only guided me carefully through each exercise, but also took the time to answer my questions and offer practical advice on how to stay healthy in daily life. Before coming here, I often experienced lower back pain when playing table tennis, to the point where even playing once a week was difficult. Now I’m able to train 2–3 times a week without sharp pain or discomfort that interferes with my daily life. This improvement has been truly meaningful for me. Thank you again. I would highly recommend this clinic and Leah to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Until I started with DPP, I was a 49F who never could quite achieve the glute and back strength to get through flares associated with a disc bulge. Regular PT would never push me enough and trainers didn’t have the anatomy knowledge to help much. After a season with Ariella, I was ready to ski advanced and high alpine terrain out west with my teen son and felt that my carving strength was more balanced L to R than ever in 40+ years of skiing. My recovery times from flares have also improved immensely. Thank you!

I've been going to District Performance for just under a year and cannot recommend them enough. I needed a PT pretty urgently because I had an upcoming race and when I sent an inquiry, Alex quickly responded and set up an intake and I appreciated her thoroughness and kindness in her questions before matching me with Leah. I saw Leah for a running injury, which she helped me heal and re-strengthen, and I was still able to race! Despite incurring another injury during our work together, she’s always kept my goal of returning to running in mind, and has championed that goal even when I wasn’t sure it was possible. Leah’s plan has clearly been working because at this point I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt in my running, even as we continue PT for the injury. I mentioned to Leah I’d always had TMJ/jaw pain, and she told me Meredith is trained in treating TMJ issues so I figured I’d try it out. I have tried botox, massage, acupuncture-all the things-but it was not until PT with Meredith that I finally experienced relief that I hadn’t felt in literal years. She’s collaborative in making the treatment plan, explains why she’s doing the things she’s doing, and I trust her experience and expertise immensely. As someone who’s incredibly picky about healthcare providers, I don’t imagine myself ever going anywhere else. It’s clear Leah and Meredith (and honestly all the PTs I’ve seen in passing when at the office) care about each of their clients and the work they do. Both Leah and Meredith have helped address physical issues, and they have both been incredibly supportive as they’ve helped me through emotions that come with injuries/pain on more than one occasion. When I graduate PT, I’m sure I’ll be back for maintenance sessions because I enjoy working with them and trust them both with anything that could come up for me in the future!

First, I'll start by saying I would recommend this clinic as a whole to anyone in need, everyone is super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Good vibes all around. Myself, I have had a relationship with Meredith for a few years now as she has helped me recover from multiple injuries and surgeries to get me back on the basketball court playing consistently for the first time in years. It's hard to put in words how much Meredith has meant to me and my physical journey. One of the things I love about the clinic is their desire to help you maintain overall physical health. As a contact-sport athlete, having Meredith in my corner has been invaluable in helping me stay healthy, stay ahead of injuries, and maintain my ability to play for years to come. Anyone would be in great hands entrusting any of the trainers at the clinic and I am grateful to be one of the many lives they've touched. I look forward to my continued work with them. Thank you

I am writing to highly recommend Meredith Harris and the excellent service I received at District Performance. The facility is superb, thanks to its convenient location and clean environment. My positive experience began with the responsive and kind receptionist, who was friendly and caring when I called to make my first appointment. Meredith Harris proved to be professional and highly qualified. I initially came in with an injured knee—a meniscus tear and quadriceps strain—which caused agonizing pain. Meredith’s positive energy and expertise were instantly inspiring. She developed the right exercise plan and massage techniques, and to my surprise, I felt significantly better after only a few sessions. She also took the initiative to address my back pain caused by limping. Her attention and knowledge are truly amazing, and I am deeply thankful that I can walk comfortably again. Beyond the treatment, Meredith has been incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend working with Meredith; she is one of the best. I truly enjoy every moment at District Performance.
